Welcome to the Jeffco Schools New Employee Orientation! You have chosen a great career path with Jeffco and we are excited to have you join our team!

As a new employee there are series of videos and presentations that you will need to watch. These videos and presentations will give you key information and insight to being an employee at Jeffco. It is a condition of your employment that you view all required videos and presentations in their entirety.

Choose your employee classification below to view all required videos and presentations. If at any time you have questions regarding which videos/presentations are required of you, please speak with your supervisor or contact the Human Resources Welcome Center.

In addition to viewing the required videos and presentations please ensure you have completed the following:

• Employee Online Onboarding
• Fingerprints: Positions which require a CDE license will complete fingerprints per CDE guidelines and in accordance with license requirements.  Positions which don't require a CDE license will complete fingerprints through the District's fingerprint vendor.  Information on how to complete fingerprints was sent via your offer letter.  Those being hired in our Early Learning programs (Preschool and School Age Enrichment) will need to complete two (2) sets of fingerprints.  If you have questions regarding completion of fingerprints contact the Welcome Center at 303-982-6515.
• Proper documentation for your I-9 (completed your first day at your location/school)
